Head of Corporate Services

The Head of Corporate Services is a strategic executive role responsible for providing integrated leadership and oversight to the critical support functions of Administration, Human Resources, and Branding & Communications at Cutix Plc. This role ensures these departments operate cohesively to create an efficient, compliant, and positive work environment, a strong employer brand, and a reputable corporate image, thereby enabling the company’s core manufacturing and commercial operations to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a unified strategy for the Corporate Services, ensuring the Administration, HR, and Branding & Communications departments align with and support the overall business objectives.
  2. Provide direct leadership, guidance, and performance management to the Heads of the Administration, HR, and Branding & Communications.
  3. Establish and enforce cross-functional policies and governance frameworks that promote efficiency, compliance, and a consistent company culture across all support services.
  4. Consolidate, manage, and oversee the annual budgets for all departments within the Corporate Services, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
  5. Act as the primary executive contact for all corporate services matters, advising the Board and Senior Management on issues related to administration, human capital, and corporate reputation.
  6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and strategic contribution.
  7. Foster strong collaboration between the supported departments (Administration, HR, Branding & Comms) and the core operational departments (Production, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualification / Skills / Experience
  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  2. Professional certifications such as CIPD/CIPM (HR), or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
  3. Proven track record in managing multiple corporate functions (HR, Branding, Operations).
  4. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate services role.
  5. Expertise in budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for board-level interactions.
  7. Strategic thinker with a vision for organizational efficiency and growth.
  8. High integrity and commitment to corporate governance standards.
  9. Adaptable and resilient in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  10. Collaborative, yet decisive in driving organizational change.
